Ok I got it that's how I up load my data for my GPS box's from Jeppesson. it used to be we had this disk type thing we would have to plug into something on the computer then put it in that thing.. now it goes on a little thumb thing and is quite a bit faster.. not sure if that's it. but its a subscription.. thanks

While I do not have experience applying what I've learned, I have spent a few years gathering knowledge about investing in real estate.  

Well I just spent a couple of hours evaluating the best property management software.  

I've spent several years building up enough liquid cash to be able to do some things in the world of real estate.  

Plan the space for standard size free standing appliances that can be easy changed out when necessary.In your drawing you mention "electrical box".... is that the location of the electrical panel (which would be costly to relocate) or is it an electrical outlet?

I knew a business owner who had to take cash to night deposit box at bank after work every night, he passed 3 branches closer to go to a branch near his house.  

I was planning to spent much time finding good contractors to help out where needed though, because our potential help isn't reliable.

We knew we weren't building a ton of equity when we did the renovations (we spent extra on some niceties because we will live in it for a few years until we want to rent it).

And most critically, we've had to explain the sizable amounts of money we've spent overseas and on travel expenses - as our first daughter is from Colombia, and our other two are from a country bordering Turkey and Iran.So yes: we've traveled extensively to countries with colorful histories, and have large transactions of cash in and out with some degree of frequency - we're the perfect borrowers :-)
