Finding someone who has a working style similar to your own will make the relationship a lot smoother in the long run (e.g. it doesn't make sense for everyone to work with me, but I'd be happy to help you find someone who might be the right fit). 

This is place to be man.. but don't expect to have a lot of luck with multifamilies in Florida, it's a whole different animal.

We have animals and I think that this is making them sick.
