Realtor recos on the Seattle Eastside- Sammamish/Kirkland/Redmond

Hello All

I recently started looking for homes in this area and would like to find someone with experience and knowledge in this area. I am open to both MLS/Off-Market properties as long as they meet our requirements.

PS: Yes I know we can always go through redfin/zillow but I personally feel a good realtor can make a lot of difference if they really bat from your side abd search hard. Also I have seen good connected realtors to "hear" about things "earlier" and in market as competitive as Eastside, I would take all the help :)

@Mragank Yadav, the Seattle market has some great investor-friendly realtors who own rental properties and help their clients do the same (myself included).
