For some reason the tenants were paying rent with landlord paying the utilities, which was not smart due to each unit having all separate meters.

@Paula Samuel ,I think there will continue to be disruptions in the short term furnished rental market, both through technology, legal changes, etc., and I don't think that's stopping any time soon.

To speak in absolutes about something you have never used is not very smart.  

This is a smart thing to do, in order to protect you and your assets from being subject to a lawsuit.

However, you don't need to print them if you go there with a laptop, tablet, or smart phone.

I've been at this for almost 20 years.I've never been to a guru's class and I'm not claiming to be all that smart. 

Every room is fully furnished with matching furniture, including the living, dining, and kitchen. the home is equipped with everything right down to smart tv, forks and spoons, small appliances, iron and ironing board.
