I've generally only looked at local banks for local apartment buildings, and Chase also has often had good terms.    

My problem is about the contract, where can I get a real state agent or someone who have some knowledge on the topic around this area.

This one was special because it was completed with a new team of investors and we have already placed 10+ deals under contract in the last 2 months.
