Its exciting and sad at the same time, during great economic turmoil more millionaires are made but that's because the wealth flows to the top, while thats good for the top, it's not so good for everyone else, but alas that's the system we live in and we have to play by the rules unless we sit on the bench and play Monday morning QB.I say go out there and build some security for yourself and your family and friends.

The sad fact is that the people with the most debt seem to have the least income.

It's sad to leave the midwest and realize I am in a worse cash-flow market.

My long answer is that there's sadly not really a short way.  

So that is probably not going to be an option, sadly.

Sadly right now I run my own business which means I work 12+ hours a day (and travel 90% of the time for it) so at this point I'm going to sacrifice that percentage for ANY percentage if you know what I mean.

Sad cuz I was intending on being the first person (unless it happened n I am still in the dark about it) to b on a podcast, telling of my rise to passive investment success, getting to the "Famous 4", n not having an answer for questions 1 n 2 due to not reading books about RE investing or business management or some jazz.
