While the protocol requires notification of residents before these pesticides are used, it does allow for property owners to respond to resident complaints about pest infestations and deal with them immediately.

I didn't respond and I cut off all communication with him.In a follow-up call with the attorney I shared the contents of the last email, and the attorney said it sounded like he was setting me up to be, as they say in New York, the DFG, or "designated fall guy."

Usually if you post a deal over there Frank will respond pretty quick.

You haven't responded to questions about owner financing so it sounds like this isn't an option? 

Once he knew we were 'involved' emails we sent to the kids were no longer being responded to even though we offered very detailed responses to the many intelligent questions they had obviously spent a lot of time documenting. 

I let it go for an hour and he responded that he would take $400.

When I asked about Illinois he responded by saying they can only offer 90% due to problems on south side of Chicago.

It isn't my style to walk into someone's business and treat them as if they are guilty before proven innocent...and I couldn't understand why someone would respond in that manner based on my line of questioning.
