I don’t have “normal” working hours for my W2, so overlocking/unlocking, meeting people, etc. is easy for me to do.I do sometimes get a bit “over” having my phone ring incessantly, but I then remind myself that not many businesses give me the amount of cash flow these do with the relatively small amount of time and effort I put into them!

Nothing wrong with reminding / letting them know that you prefer online submissions with that initial phone/email/text/whatever report either.

I was catching up with a good friend this morning, and he reminded me of that experience.

I have never heard of TapCap, but they remind me of Quicken Loans who are in the business of selling convenience.
