One of the main reasons is we want to get experience as landlords to be able to grow from here and work into a stronger portfolio.

As long as you are aggressively growing it will be an issue.

I have found several more contacts now using bigger pockets pro membership... and am hoping to grow those relationships as well.

And remember, whatever Increase you get, you're still refinancing at 75 percent loan to value.
