I went though the program in 2016 and have been able to build a portfolio of over 160 properties in the past 4 years.Because coaching was so helpful to me, and because so many people were reaching out asking for coaching of one type or another, I decided last year to start a coaching program myself to help people get one-on-one coaching in an affordable way that is also psychologically motivating.

Advice: Don't stop learning about Real Estate, Psychology and buy 1 as quickly as you can.

Can they make a claim immediately and / or is it a pain in the butt?  

Some can be a pain and some can just be people trying their best to get through life.

Right now, it looks like a pain but in 30 years, you will be very glad you kept it. 

Yeah, it was all a pain (and we'd rather she stayed) but we were easily protected by that deposit.So look at it as a bonus:   There is higher income with those things factored in.  

Costs and changes are expensive and painful.
