As far as I can see, credit scores without the report are totally worthless.They do require the office inspection and they do insist upon good security for the data they deliver.

hopefully, i can figure this out quick.i guess a title search wouldn't show any federal judgements, but the county clerks office told me that such judgement could be attached to the property...

All of the "free credit report" sites I've looked at seem to be scams that want you to join some service.Also, I have a very high paying part time job right now that I pretty much lucked into but am thinking that it would be a good idea to work in a real estate office or mortgage company or as an assistant to a real estate agent or something like that while I finish school so that I can learn as much about RE as possible in the next couple of years, but all of those types of jobs pay about $10-$12 per hour and I'm making $20.00 per hour now.

The word in my RE office is this: Men are good renters because, if so inclined, they fix things themselves instead of calling LL.They also say Women are good renters because they take better care of the property than men do.I don't particularly agree with either, I have found it depends 100% on the person.

Other - legal issues for contracts.Most of us in residential have a contract that we've gotten from a lawyer or a friend, but at the very least we can get nice pre-printed contracts from office depot.

Is the broker offering leads, advertising, faxing, copying, phones, desk/office space, training, name recognization, and supplies or just viewing agents as another income source.
