So I and 2 friends created a TX LLC for the purpose of meeting a $100k minimum to join as Limited Partners of an LLC that bought a multi-million dollar, 200 unit apartment complex in Atlanta Georgia.

I heard on one of the bigger pockets episodes, where they were talking about posting their deals, but didn't see any threads in the main forums, maybe someone can post a link.

Mainly because literally thousands more buyers will know it's for sale once it hits the MLS.  

So total out of pocket for me was $277,000 as follows:$245,000 (25% down payment)$32,000 (closing costs...mainly mortgage tax and title)And my payment is $5,804 per month with taxes.

Supposedly, toilet flushing, showering, and clothes washing are the 3 main water uses.

Due diligence periods normally run 7-10 days, not weeks.The purpose of the earnest money is to get some of your skin in the game. 

So basically I got some quick question's mainly out of curiosity more than something I need right this moment so looking to get into student and want some good books/podcast I could learn from or some advice anyone reading this has.
