I personally feel as though that student loans are terrible and is more dead weight than anything. especially when the former student doesn't make much in return.I also do not like Gary Vee.I wish you the best on your journey.

Therefore, my main criteria in selecting a tenant, after all the basics are covered (3x income, credit, history, etc.) is... someone who is RESPONSIBLE.Being "nice" is also usually a good practice and it pays because the relationship you have with your tenants will be better/lighter/easier.

,etc.I don't believe these large animals belong in an apartment complex period.It's not their nature or good for them.The pet owner is putting their selfish needs ahead of the well being of the animal.When a lawsuit happens the tenant usually doesn't go after the other tenant as they have no money.They always go after the landlord.I don't care what the cash flow is I don't want to own that type of property.So, from what your saying you enforce a weight restriction as well then too?
