I pinged the owner of this house again today and hope to hear back soon.Over the last two months, I had some pretty intensive training, inspections, and other military requirements to meet and had to put things on hold.Just this past week though, I've put one house under a lease option and another under contract for purchase.The lease option one:  Lady missed 3 months of payments because her lawyer advised her to so that the mortgage company would "work with her" on her payments.

A lot of that stuff taught in school students never use in real life unless they have specific professions that require it.There are programs on the market now in Excel where they have Macro's and you simply input numbers and solve for XX return.Residential is definitely less math intensive whereas commercial where value is mostly based off of calculations it is ultra important to have at least mastered the basics.

Additionally when you purchase a property using an FHA loan the property is in the individuals name and I don't see how that would work out with a partnership.Keep asking questions and you are certainly ahead of the curve by starting at this age.
