I have a couple of different sources for my cabinets for multis and flipping.Just curious if anyone has any incredible cabinet suppliers or what everyone uses for great pricing options.

As for what I have to offer, I'd say: experience, capital, an incredible work ethic, time to devote and enthusiasm for the sector. 

Trying to take advantage of these low rate environments and refinance to increase cash flow and continue to grow.

And this is an incredibly important concept that so many people misunderstand, and even get backwards. 

The new construction competition in my market is incredibly fierce and I always see these new developments trying to add as many amenities as they can to attract students.
