Single-family home sales were up in January compared to this time last year, despite extremely tight housing inventory across the entire Austin-Round Rock MSA.

I'm a newbie, so perhaps my opinion doesn't carry the weight of the rock stars.

You just better have a rock star PM you can use or be willing to spend a lot of time on the management yourself and be prepared for all kinds of challenges.  

Also if too many people get behind banks won't loan money on any on the condos anymore dropping the values like a rock.

We’ve primarily been looking in the central region (Brentwood, Kirkwood, Rock Hill etc) since our initial move would be to a primary residence.

@David Trinh You'll find yourself a little between a rock and a hard place. 

There are major players on here are turning 200 rocks to find one deal.
