That being said, this could be a gold mine for travel nurses.

With fuel costs as high as they are, tight supply chain. interest rates, etc. developing a project, permitting and building it with materials costs where they are probably won't be cheaper than what you can purchase an existing building for.

Communication & Clean Screenings are worth their weight in Gold. however, I still do think people will use this program as their cash cow until someone gets stabbed or ODs on their property. 

Several investors have been caught by middleman attacks, where a hacker compromises the email chain & sends you (the passive investor) phony wire instructions.

Even if there is not she can have a claim to the commission if she started the chain of events that led to the decision to buy.  

It appears to be the gold standard for any established broker but would be interested to hear from brokers who have completed the designation to see if they found it benefited their business?
