I saw a listing on my MLS that caught my eye for the description.

Based on the description, you would be spending upwards of $100k for this extensive of a repair/remodel.

(Unless you're in an extremely expensive market)Your description of the seller makes me think there is likely a large amount of deferred maintenance.

Also, the statistics are the median $/SF for a range of properties that are: between 1,100 SF and 3,000 SF, built after 1985, have 3 or 4 bedrooms, a 2 or 3 car garage within a specific geographic area.

All of their descriptions states that the rent goes for 900-1100 a month.

I am somewhat familiar with the area but not the prices of units that fit this description...so my question to you all is whether or not this is doable and if so do you know of any listings currently available?

Do you have really good photographs and description in your listing?

Also, you probably need to narrow your search geographically.

They never really keep pics, descriptions, price or availability up to date but hey...
