I have been able to find companies that will cover real estate portfolios on one policy in other markets but no luck in the Florida market.

I was talking with an investor about what I could read so I could have a valuable conversation with him about real estate investing.

Hey @Joseph Nguyen,I’ve got some firsthand experience on this, especially in the context of residential real estate investments.

They will dress modestly with comfortable clothes, and some of them are real estate brokers. 

I’ve not done any creative financing or invested out of state or short term rentals or fix and flips. 

But now I’m ready to get back into real estate and have some ideas of how to use our situation to the fullest.

It's actually really expensive to transact real estate - see the number of posts on BP by first time buyers who are shocked at how much they have to pay in fees and points and closing costs.  

I could definitely appreciate your purchase if you are running a more active and construction based real estate business but I have some qualms about liability and would want to know more about your business structure.
