@Nathon Norberg - THere is/was a private Facebook group of folks that got together on this and may have found a lawyer to take the case (I believe its under "erentpayment discussion group").I got very lucky and was able to have one tenant take alternative action, otherwise we didnt get beaten up with the debacle.

If it has been truly shut down for 4 years (defined as no customers, no marketing, etc.) then it may have lost its grandfathering (legal non-conforming) status and may not be allowed to be used as a mobile home park anymore.

You may very well always be driving for dollars for years.On the other hand, if you do something like PPC or facebook ads, you WILL find a deal if you have enough budget set.If you simply do not have the budget to do PPC or FB ads, you will be better off getting a job, save up 2 to 3 months of salary and then try "real" marketing.
