I asked what she would take for it . she said $2800 was still owed ,we talked awhile and She wanted it gone .I finally asked what her bottom dollar was she replyed if we could move it out in the next two weeks she would take $600My wife said she wanted it several days pass ,seller paid it off.I had tag agent check title had to get back with lady and get lein off title faxed to tag agent then I called county about back taxes interest or penaltys she was currentArranged to move it buddy said he would for only$400 on tuesday If ready to haulwife's brother was looking for a MH wife showed him outside of it and said needs clean up We know tag agent , wife has seller sign title and brother is purchaser , wife sells to her brother for $3000 and he paid $450 to move Wife at the time thought this was a good deal I kind of did thinking she made money not lostBut I kind of wanted to clean it up and rent it, or sell it Thought about selling it with the lake lots $2000 or so down and monthly payments But this was her very first deal !

That's all you need.Elsewhere in the agreement, it states that the tenant is liable for the costs to clean up any smoke damage or burns from any source, including incense, candles, smoking, or fireplace.I only do month to month, so if they get caught smoking, I give them notice to vacate.

My main questions are the following:Should I only be insuring the property for 150/160k or so in the event that it burns down so that I can pay off the mortgage and spend some money on the cleanup so that I can just sell the land and move on?

They appreciated from my purchase price of $79K each to $312K each within 18 months of my purchase and that was just the empty lots alone without building plans or any further development other than a one time clean up of the lots to prevent a possible fire hazard from vegetation on the lots and having to cut one or two old trees down and hauled away.
