Yes there have been a minor increases in my property taxes and my homeowner's insurance, however the increases don't seem like they should result in such large shortages in my escrow/increases to my monthly payment.I have tried calling and speaking with the escrow department for my mortgage company and I don't think any of them know what they're talking about.

Ryan The best thing to do is call the planning/zoning department and ask them what you can do and what will be required to tap into the water and sewer.

I am not local, but I'm planning to be at my STR in 3 weeks to check in on the place, reset some things, and walk through with the new cleaner who will do her first clean when I depart.

First stop, call your local health department or whomever oversees environmental permitting.

While this isn’t a post like you requested you may call their travel department and see if they would be interested.
