Few have sold a lot of their property lately because they think Currency and Stock Market are crashing very soon and everything else will follow.

I am literally swapping a multifamily property for someone else's multifamily property, and we both want to be covered by a 1031 exchange.  

Maybe we can network and exchange ideas!

However, I also invested in bitcoin many years ago at $20, and Ethereum a couple years ago at $10 and believe in crypto currencies.

I am considering selling this property and 1031 exchanging it for properties out of state.

I am willing to do tasks that you'd prefer not to do in exchange for some first hand knowledge. 

I would appreciate any one's  advice or could teach me anything and everything, I am will  to talk or meet up and exchange ideas and encouragement. 

People die, divorces happen, kids from another state inherit property they don't care about, people have time limits on their 1031 exchanges, people win the lottery, etc....I would call every agent you can find and say "hey, I'm ready to buy x....if you find x or anything similar to x...I'm ready to pull the trigger"

In my opinion, the best mentor and mentee relationships are free, in that no money is exchanged. 

What I purchased was an Obamacare compliant policy not through the exchange with a private insurance company so I do not pay a tax penalty etc.
