Trades people and experienced construction lead person wanted for a project in Conyers, GA off Honey Creek (30-40 min from Atlanta).Must have experience with high end renovation and construction.Could be long term for the right candidate.Must have access to skilled trades I.e. tile, painting, stucco, decks, drywall.Also looking for Kitchen/Bath cabinet installation, Composite deck experience, exterior tongue/groove ceilings, Retaining Walls, Pool Construction.Please send info on your skills and experience.

I would also price shop finish materials at Home Depot, Lowes, tile stores, cabinet suppliers, etc, because your design decisions can greatly impact overall budget, i.e. $2 psf tile or $30 psf tile.

Full reno while the main focus was put into knocking a kitchen wall down, cabinets, granite counters, new flooring throughout, update handrails and walls that were dating the property for a more modern day look, new carpet in rooms, new vanities in bathrooms, glass & tiled shower in the master, redoing the deck outside, landscaping and the property does have a pool but we just patched pebbletec since the cost of pools in the Phoenix market is absurd right now.
