They are the department that records deeds, liens, mortgages, and a lot of other stuff into the "public records".

They are in a great rate and those trying to get into the housing market are priced out.

If you are going to pay anyone to learn, you should ask someone who has experience in the market that you want to invest in to teach you in exchange for equity in the properties you will buy as a partnership.  

If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.
