I noticed the font was quite a bit smaller a while ago, but now, the whole BP website maxes out at about 8 inches across on my large computer screen and the print is TINY.

The carpet was stained like someone walked around spilling who knows what and never bothered to wash it up, very dirty dirty walls, black water in the toilet, screens busted out of the screen doors, the fridge was new but you about died when you opened it from the smell of rotting food...you get the picture.

They key is to screen the tenants in the beginning and curb most of that unpleasantness the can come along.We have gone through the eviction process with a few tenants.
