Attorneys for tenants can be a pain as they work the system on landlords sometimes.This would be a pass for me but I am not big on office anyways.

Yes, comps show similar properties in the same neighborhood and two blocks away sold for about $170k, except that they are all rock on the outside and this one is just siding.

The two properties were ~ 1 block from each other so the property descriptions were quite similar and the amounts of the mortgages differed by only a few thousand dollars.

Go a few blocks out to "those" areas that in 5 years will be good, thats what I try to do.
