Our first thought was to not use the flip income and once we had enough saved purchase a rental property in cash or auction.

You can try and buy it at delinquent tax sale auction if they're behind on their property taxes.

Im looking to get into real estate after i built up enough money but i was wondering if its best to start with buying from an online auction or tradition brokers?

So, I'm a Realtor in Oregon and I just realized Auction.com and Zillow are advertising pre-foreclosures/foreclosure  properties with actual pictures of the house that is still owned by the homeowner until sold at auction...Is this actually legal for them to do? 

The cost $981 for cabinets & it rented out immediately for $250/month more.We also go to local contractor supply auctions here where entire kitchens etc are auctioned off.  

I just won an auction today which is my first investment property so I'm definitely going to look for a meetup and link up with similar minds!

My ultimate goal is to catch these properties prior to going to auction. 

When my agent went to put one in he realized it was only available on an auction site.
