Hey Matthew, that is a great question that we all ask when we are where you are.

The office administrator did the initial due diligence, the corporate counsel reviewed the lease, the accounts payable coordinator setup the accounts and sent the security deposit, one of the VPs signed the lease, and only after all of that occurred did I get the name and contact information of the tenant.- Now I am in their system as a Vendor/Subcontractor.

Hey all, I've been looking for my first investment property in my local marketplace (2 hour radius around me) Here is what I have been finding for the most part... 

The difference would have been around $3K-$4K (because all costs go up when you raise the price).

Also we could use a family member LLL for this but I am not sure how all the tax situation can get muddy…thanks
