You can use FurnishedFinder for some surface-level data, but there really isn't a great resource out there yet to provide deep dives into MTR trends.

In something like that that appears easy on the surface, theres the fasteners, faucets, different flooring types need different preparation like mortar board for ceramic as opposed to 1/8 board for vinyl.
