Billings MT Mid Term Rentals

Hey Billings investors,

I am born and raised in Billings but currently living in Bozeman. My wife and I are under contact on a duplex investment property in Billings. 4 beds up and a one bedroom down that is fully furnished. It is close to the hospitals and is going to be used as a mid- term rental. We have 5 doors right now that are long term tenants and a little nervous about the mid-term space and how long it might go vacant over the course of a year. Does anyone in Billings have any experience with mid-term space. Any advice would be appreciated.
