Hi everyone, I was wondering if there is anyone from Ottawa area?

I would suggest to meticulously research the area in regards to the class of neighborhoods, school ratings, crime rates and demographics as some areas cash flow well but require more "management" due to the class of the neighborhoods.

However, the cash flow seems to make sense and I am wondering if this could be a good opportunity. 

I am totally confused and wondering if anyone here has any insight as to what happened?
