With the apartment project I have found a lot of design inspiration from projects around Austin, TX.  

Needless to say I was very inspired by his story and decided to become a member so I can have the opportunity to engage and interact with people who are way ahead of me in the game.

Half of the benefit is the inspiration to do more just by listening to him. 

I have been doing a lot of reflecting on my last year of Real Estate investing and have come to the conclusion that a huge inspiration for me was the BP Podcast.

I'm looking to buy and hold small multifamily and SFH in the Springfield market.Just from perusing the site a bit I'm already inspired by reading some success stories people have had in the Springfield area.
