I would imagine that outside of codes and osha- the course material is the same?

You MUST check with an account about this as the tax code changes almost weekly.

You know the product will meet all current codes and floors should be level etc.I do most of my infill builds in historic areas because I love the look of historic homes but not so much the layout.

Do research and get a zip code map, study your areas and understand them before even going out (or marketing) and hunting for properties.

Also remember if you advertise that you are rehabbing a home with signs in the front yard you are advertising this to thieves,  code officials,  and teen trouble makers as well.
