@Isaac Chapple you live in a great art of Montgomery County, but you might find it easier to get help if you start going to Meetups and REIA meetings in the Prince George's and Baltimore regions.

@George Skidis - I haven't heard a decision yet, but I recently read a Forbes article that suggests it's unlikely that they'll chose a metro area with a population less than 4 million.

@Jacob George LadaCPA's are licensed by individual states, but can typically work across state lines.

I would be more concerned with length of stay for tenants and number of similar properties in the area that are rentals as George pointed out.
