My motivation was to build a real estate advisory company that caters to first-time investors as well as to seasoned investors with keeping one correlated goal in mine for our clients...making real estate their primary wealth-building asset to financial freedom.Thank you BiggerPockets for being there and I look forward in interacting with the members of this community. 

Residents of Frayser have to travel an inordinate distance compared to other communities just to do basic shopping for things like food.

I am of an entrepreneur spirit- I have a wild food business that i am trying to get off the ground.

We have it at a Buffalo Wild Wings so they do like it when we buy food there :)There's also @Brandon Krieg who is the other wholesaling and flipping rockstar in the area.

wow i have missed all these replies. have been busy with wild food plant business.  

Just some food for thought, People will often times use Detroit as a punching bag but I say if you have not tried it don't knock it, heck I have and do try it and I praise and curse it a the same time, but that is with any market if your dealing with tenants. 

(i have sent a request online and havent heard from anybody) so i will make a personal visit and gain some info to see what they can offer me and teach me.GOAL: learn what i need to do to set up business as an LLC and if I can get funding for the land through any of these programs, at any rate these programs can point me in another productive direction or agency that will be more helpfulDREAM#2 my $25 ,000 NEED to purchase business land for wild food businesswhat CAN i do today?....
