I spoke with an expert in VA loans, I told her of my plan and she ok'd everything as well as saying the 2nd tier entitlement was an option too. 1 trick that I may have to do, is to qualify for that 2nd home, I may need to get a signed rental agreement from my future tenant, that way she can factor in 75% of the rental income for my house, this way I can qualify for the other property.
