Would you be forced to sell, or could you manage the property long enough to allow you to refinance at a lower rate?

Building a business model around anomalies will drive you crazy... and the "feast or famine" cash flow will force you out of the game soon enough.

Often Legitimate situations such as Rehabs, estate sales, forced sales ( Divorce, relocations etc) get lumped in with some of the fraud that occurred.

After all is said and done we will have a brand new 3 family home in a decent neighborhood for 155K.
