Reason I'm asking is I was watching a you tube video from a wholesaler in FL and there are title companies there that allow the end buyers funds to cover both transactions.

If so, than I would video tape the transgressions and than send it to the convening authority.

Adjust setting for max quality remember the computer shows only 98 DPI.Use the video feature to take a 1-2 minute narrated video showing the features.
