Dogs Issue

Hi All,

I have a question regarding a neighbors dogs, pupping in my yard. He has some big dogs and the mines they leave behind are huge. One of my tenants did confront the guy but this guy still brings his dogs to **** in my yard. Now what can I do ?

One idea I had is to post one of those signs that says "pick up after your dog" or build a fence. I really don't want to install a fence it is going to destroy the property look and it is on a corner.

Any ideas are very welcome. Can the city help in any way? I'm in Houston TX

Thanks
