Win Win Win   The trick is, no matter what kind of gone home it is, if you can buy at a price that works for the seller, is lower than listing along with the overall FMV and pass that negotiated discount to either a investor or retail buyer, that my friend, is value added As long as you are making a profit while simultaneously making sure all parties will be happy at the end of the day- you can wholesale anything.  

There're potentially more significant tax benefits of a QOZ investment, but again, the trick is finding a good one. 

What I mean is, if you want to be able to easily look up the transactions for a single property (if you are tracking multiple) you have to play a few tricks.

in Alaska this trick doesn't really work.

If it has to go now then a decent price reduction will probably do the trick.
