This will be a good indicator that the person is at taking responsibility for the dog's medical care and the dog overpopulation problem. 

For hobbies I love technology (programming & video games), fishing, and traveling.

Location is everything but also being a good host to make it attractive to travelers.

I am planning to travel to Baltimore early next month (September) to get to know the area and maybe look at some Auctions there.

I invest in my backyard (North Jersey) however if you plan to invest out of state you should consider management costs and add that to your expenses when working the numbers as traveling back and fourth dealing with issues will surely burn you out before you become profitable.I manage quite a bit of single and multi families in NJ myself but I live a stones throw away from then.

Think of it as you are paving a road for easier travel in the future.   

It's lonely at the top" or on "the road less travelled" sort of explains pursuing success and leaving the people you know behind, in a way.

Posting this question in new forum for the out-of-state investors, what frequent flyer and/or business travel programs would you recommend to save on travel expenses for trips to acquire and check up on your properties.Any advice would be appreciated.
