@Michael Totman There's one company Associated with National Real Estate but they wouldn't cover my own home, were $2,000. total higher than my existing policies and had reductions in coverage so I'm sticking with my smorgasbord for now...

@Robin EdwardsYes and no...Obviously, debit cards are vulnerable at any location where you are typing in your pin number...Credit cards are still vulnerable if you using it somewhere like at a gas station and you are asked to type in your zip code.Also, many people have pin codes setup on the credit cards to withdraw cash.

Obviously I would expect higher maintenance costs; but let's figure instead of an average of $30 a month on maintenance I may have to spend $90 or even if it was $120 a month on maintenance, I still see the $30,000 house as a better ROI... am I missing something?
