Aloha,For common wooden framed, double walled structures, especially if an older property with plaster and lath walls, for every roach you see there are 1000 you are NOT seeing, and I would say from plenty of years in the Midwest that generally, Hawaii does have LESS of a problem, however in the Midwest we did not have the giant B-52's!
