for the life of me I simply don't understand the thought process some have who think having a RE license  direct access to MLS  network with like minded agents .. etc etc is a bad thing.Now I can see it may not be needed for a the casual buy and hold investor.. but anyone looking to scale and or for sure if your flipping..
