Finally Got My RE License in AL and Reciprocity in GA!!!!

 I started buying investment properties in Birmingham AL in 2005.  It was a Good Decision. I love RE!!!!...In year two, I quit my FT job to grow my portfolio...Wow!!!  Things really took off because the market crashed and there wasn't much competition or bidding wars!!!  AL properties price point still Great!!!..Fast Forward...In 2016 I got my RE license.  It's so beneficial!!  I'm able to help investors, homeowners and myself buy or sell.  I believe it's all timing, because I can commit 100%. No regrets, but the RE license will Elevate my RE business!!! Actually closed my First Deal of 2017 while vacationing!!!  Don't let Excuses keep you from taking the plunge!!!..I mad a lot of mistakes, but Kept it Moving!!!
