I now outsource that to others.If you buy a park with (nearly) all resident-owned homes, and then infill with your homes and RTO those to keep the ball rolling with tenants that exhibit pride of ownership, then you'll spend very little time on your park - I'd guess about 1 minute/week/pad (assuming you outsource your bookkeeping, GC, management, and maintenance).To your continued success,-jl-

Less competition for me :).In reality, this business isn't dead and even though the barrier to entry is low, the actual expertise, salesmanship, marketing capability and human networking ability needed to complete a deal is not low.This business is like a snowball, once it starts rolling it's damn near impossible to stop.

The trainer was talking about negative people always trying to keep you down, which is true, you need to surround yourself with good people, my motto is "it is hard to soar like an eagle if you hang out with a bunch of turkeys" also if you roll around with dogs you are gonna get some fleas.... there is a million sayings, you get the point.
