Do I need to tale to a professional that handles 1031 exchange before listing property for sale?

So, I am a bit (Outraged....oooh that sounds to harsh) dismayed, that I am looking for great videos/articles to use on my FB Business page promoting using "Cash Buyer" option for a home sale.  

I'm still in the "Learning Phase" - picking up every book I can about real estate investing, listening to podcast/videos, and searching as much as I can for properties in the area to get an idea of the market.

After a long period of talking with different people and watching many podcasts and videos, I am ready to move forward.

You do not need any professional real estate certifications to flip houses, however, any training or special education in this field can be helpful, it certainly can not hurt.I had no appraisal, design, agent license, architectural training, or even a contractors license.

Emmanuel Lopez there's videos that's explain all the basics etc.

@Amber Landry  I am not sure what "high income" is but I personally would probably listen to the advice of the professional.  

I tried using one company and found it clunky and had no success.2) I do one professional style letter and I do it for around $0.70 ea.

However, I would look into professional designations to supplement your degree.
