Did they have a third party inspection that showed the mold inside the property was different than the normal airborne mold?

Patience Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

The reason I haven't switched to streaming at my properties is my banker complained that when she stayed at another property in my market they had streaming and her large party of professionals couldn't watch an SEC football game and they had to watch it on their phones.

So no right or wrong just different options and that takes work so if you want professional help I'd recommend you contact advisors on the forum or go to the BUILD YOUR TEAM tab and do a search for professional financial advice.
