My goals are to learn from everyone here on a daily basis, improve my business/referral network (I’m a realtor), connect with other members in my area who may want to partner or benefit from each other’s skill sets, & ultimately become one of the many successful investors that I’ve read about.

As with all investment strategies its necessary to do your own research and consult your own team of professionals.

After about 2 or 3 pm I will not see people outside of my house(with the a/c running full blast).When you get here, get to some meetups and network with others in the city.

Hey @Hayden Thomas, lots of great REI-savvy tax professionals here in the comments and BP in general.Do you have organized financials you can hand your tax filer so they can file for you?

I'd also love any opportunities to add value while shadowing as I feel first hand experience is the best method to learn/grow/network.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Not realistic on my budget, although I’m considering a very brief move to SF to network more with tech folks with the help of my friend who lives down there working for Adobe.
